In my opinion, the housekeeping service fell short of expectations. An item in my home was accidentally broken and thrown away during their visit. While I understand accidents can happen, the owner assured me a reimbursement, which never came. It\'s disappointing that despite multiple follow-up attempts, there was no resolution. Clear communication and reliable customer service is crucial, and in my opinion, I felt these were lacking in this experience. I hope they address these issues for better customer satisfaction in the future.

I have used quite a few different cleaning services and I think Lily’s service is one of the best. They are professionally trained and very experienced workers. My house is full of small items and they are very careful and thorough. In one word, they do a top notch job . I highly recommend Lily’s cleaning service.

Lily and her crew (which sometimes include her father or her mother) are very thorough in their cleaning efforts! If something isn’t quite up to your standards, just mention it to Lily and she’ll make sure it’s corrected. Lily and one or two others speak English well and can communicate to the other girls what you want done. They come to me every other week and are friendly, smile a lot and get right to work! They have worked for me for almost two years and we have been very pleased!
